Sizing Guide

Sizing – Standard adult urns typically hold between 180 and 250 cubic inches. A general rule is that one pound of body weight equals approximately one cubic inch of ashes.

For example, a person who weighed 170 pounds before cremation would typically need an urn with at least 170 cubic inches of capacity. In this case, any standard adult urn between 180 and 250 cubic inches would be suitable.
