How to request a return on an item
For items that are damaged in shipping or have a manufacturer’s defect, please contact us within 5 working days for disposition and retain all original packaging.
All non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be in original unused condition.
For items that are returned not due to defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If your return is past 30 days, it is up to our discretion to accept the return. The return shipping on all returns past 30 days (if approved) will be paid by customer.

3.Include in your package identifying paperwork to ease processing of return, i.e. invoice copy, packing slip and RA
Urns cannot be returned if they have already been filled with the cremains.
Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Return Refunds and Credits
For product refunds or credits, it is our discretion whether or not the defective or incorrect product is shipped back to us. Hold all defective or incorrect products for return to us. No refunds or credits will be issued if we do not receive returned products.
All returns that are not defective or damaged are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
