How to request a return on an item

For items that are damaged in shipping or have a manufacturer’s defective, please contact us within 5 working days for disposition and retain all original packaging.

All non-defective items must be returned within 30 days of purchase and be in original unused condition.

For items that are returned not due to defect, the customer is responsible for return shipping

If your return is past 30 days, it is up to our discretion to accept the return. The return shipping on all returns past 30 days (if approved) will be paid by customer.
